Privacy Policy – Silent Impulse

This privacy policy applies to Silent Impulse.

3. Account creation

Silent Impulse allows users to create an app account. The account is used to provide access to the app, manage app functionality and ensure that the app works correctly.

DBST does not store the user’s email address for Silent Impulse accounts.

4. Data stored by DBST

For Silent Impulse, DBST may store:

• account information required to operate the app;
• subscription status;
• app usage logs;
• user behaviour logs; and
• app statistics.

This data is used to operate the app, provide access to app features, verify subscription status, detect errors, improve reliability and ensure that the app runs correctly.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Silent Impulse uses Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Payments, subscription billing, cancellation and refund handling are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the user purchased the subscription.

DBST may store subscription status information required to provide access to paid app features.

6. No third-party analytics or advertising tools

Silent Impulse does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Sentry, AdMob or similar third-party analytics, crash reporting or advertising tools.

7. No health data

Silent Impulse does not collect health data. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, medical condition or psychological condition.

8. No microphone or audio recording

Silent Impulse does not access the microphone and does not collect, store or process audio recordings from the user.

9. Retention

Silent Impulse account information, subscription status, app usage logs, user behaviour logs and app statistics are retained as long as the account exists and are used to ensure that the app runs correctly.

10. Account deletion

Users can request deletion of their Silent Impulse account and associated personal data directly inside the app or through the account deletion page on the DBST website.

Users may also contact DBST by email at apps@dbst.ch.

After account deletion, DBST does not retain personal data linked to the Silent Impulse account for legal, accounting or security reasons. Anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to an identifiable account may remain.

11. Subscriptions

Deleting a Silent Impulse account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Active subscriptions must be cancelled directly through Apple App Store or Google Play.
