1. Delete your account in the app
You may be asked to confirm the deletion request to prevent accidental deletion.
2. Request deletion from the website
You can request account and data deletion without opening or reinstalling the app. Send a deletion request to DBST using the button below and include the account identifier, user ID or other identifier used inside the app.

Subject to any necessary retention described below, deletion includes:
- Silent Impulse account record;
- account information linked to the account;
- app usage data linked to the account;
- user behaviour logs linked to the account;
- subscription status stored by DBST, if any; and
- other personal data associated with the Silent Impulse account.
4. What may remain
After account deletion, DBST does not retain personal data linked to the Silent Impulse account for legal, accounting or security reasons. Anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to an identifiable account may remain.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your Silent Impulse account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel active subscriptions directly through Apple App Store or Google Play.
6. Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as reasonably possible. DBST may contact you if additional verification is required.
